What are Probate Services?
Probate is a legal process that involves the validation of a deceased person's Will and the administration of their estate. When someone passes away, the probate court examines the Will to ensure its validity and appoints an executor to carry out the deceased person's wishes as outlined in the Will. Executors are responsible for attaining 'Probate' to enable theses wishes to be actioned, but they can seek help.
