A quick online search reveals firms willing to draft a Will for as little as £20-£50, or even at no cost. However, it's important to note that these prices fall far short of covering the expenses associated with delivering high-quality advice and creating a meticulously worded Will. Caution is advised when considering such offers, as they may lead to potential pitfalls and errors in the process.
Our fees exclude VAT, making our rates considerably more competitive compared to many solicitors who include VAT in their charges.

Initial Appointment
Our initial appointment is free and there is no obligation after this.
This can be online, telephone or a home visit.
At the first meeting we will ask you about your wishes and preferences to how you would like your estate distributed.

Willwriting
An expert Willwriter will create a draft Will and talk you through in detail the content of the draft. Once you are happy with the draft, we help you to complete the necessary process for a final legal and valid Will.
From £325 for a standard Will
Lasting Power of Attorney
We offer a service to complete the documentation correctly
and ensure this is registered with the Office of Public Guardian.
From £250 for single LPA, price per LPA reduces for each additional.
Estate Planning & Administration, Legal & Financial Services and Probate Services
These services are bespoke and the price will vary depending on the need.
